Thank you for contacting The CuteKid. Every kid entered into a particular month’s contest has an equal chance of being selected. The judges do not begin making their selections until the month is over. However, agents and judges are searching the site all the time to potentially cast CuteKids for parts and roles.

Hi,
I just entered a pic into the Oct. contest, but am wondering if I should have waited until Nov. as there are only 2 days left in Oct. When a pic is entered this late into the contest, is there a chance that talent agencies will even look at it? I am assuming all the picks have already been made for Oct., right?

Even if you have won in the past, you are still eligible to enter our other contests. And yes, it is possible to win a monthly contest more than once.

I wanted to know if Canadian contestants can participate in any of the cute kid contests. I havent seen any Canadian kids among the past winners. I am from Canada and I paid $19.95 to enter my baby in the contest. What are the chances for my baby? I hope I havent made a mistake.

I entered my girls in the Sesame Street contest today. They are obsessed with the show. It is the only thing they watch and they learn so much while enjoying themselves. My questions about the pictures that should be entered are…Should pictures be more candid, or more professional in style? Also, should pictures of babies/toddlers be submitted only where they are smiling or laughing?

I am a little confused…I signed my son up, entered 2 of his photos, paid two registration fees. How come, I keep getting emails asking me to sign up my son for the latest contest, ie Sesame Street?? I thought that is what I paid to do?

When you enter your photo to the monthly contest, the photo will show a gold seal on it on the site. All other uploaded photos show a silver seal.

Your photo will be judged for the month in which it was entered for the contest. Be sure to enter each month to be considered for that month’s contest.

I want to know how do you go by selecting the kids as winners. The reason why I ask, is because the kids who show that they can model and has the face for modeling, very rarely are selected.

Did you enter your photo this month? If so, when you log in and go to the gallery, your child’s photo will be first in the gallery.

I was just wondering when the honorable mentions will be posted becuase I check all the time and it is never updated and I just dont want to waste my time checking if it won’t be up for another week or so. I just wanted to know when I would be most likely to see who got honorable mention, so that I can do something more productive than sit at my computer and compulsively hit the f5 button all day, lol. Winners are announced the 2nd week of the following month. For example, March winners are announced the 2nd week of April. Anyone can be contacted by an agent. They will email you if interested and you can contact back if you are too. The child doesn’t have to be a winner to be spotted.

I entered a photo of my son, and he’s laying on his belly and he’s naked and you can see a little bum. I didn’t even think of that as “nudity” because its not BAD nudity. Am I going to be disqualified? I hope not, because I didn’t really have the extra $$$ to enter, but really think my son has a chance of winning the scholarship.

I took some advice that I found in the forum and I went on SAG to try and find a legit talent agency/modeling and Virginia was not listed at all does that have anything to do with Virginia being a common wealth state? I have been trying for years we have even seen my son on bill boards but of course in the begining I signed away the rights not knowing what I was doing. Please help. I read read read what else can I do?

You can enter the same picture for as many months as you’d like. However, for a better chance to win, you may enter as many pics as you’d like in the same month, but you should vary the photos. Agents love fresh photos!

We have a panel of professional talent and casting agents who judge the CuteKid contests. They use a sophisticated “Vote Tracker” system which tallies up their votes to narrow their selections down in order to choose the monthly winners.

I submitted a photo of my son on the cute kid website. When I log onto my acct I can view the photo I submitted, but when I log out and browse the gallery the photo is not there. Is that normal?
