I am SO EXCITED about our CuteKid Model Search/fashion show that is coming up in Dallas, Texas!

We already have so many sponsors: Parents Magazine, Revolution, Build-a-Bear and more!  There will be gift bags, raffles and a photographer (Candy Battle) to take each child’s picture for the contest to win a year contract to The Campbell Agency plus $500.

PLUS (if that’s not enough!!) THE FIRST 100 APPLICANTS WILL RECEIVE A FREE BABY OR TODDLER GIFT FROM ROYAL DRAMA CLOTHING!!  COME EARLY TO HAVE YOUR CHOICE OF SIZES!

Join us August 21 and 22 from 11am – 4pm at Grapevine Mills Mall for the model search if you live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and on the 23rd at 1pm we will be hosting a children’s fashion show at the mall with selected model search applicants from the days before.

YOUR CHILD MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6 MONTHS AND 12 YEARS TO ENTER THE SEARCH.

Do you live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and have a CuteKid?

If so, we are having a model search at the Grapevine Mills Mall on August 21 and 22 from 11 – 4!! 

An agent from the Campbell Agency in Dallas will be there scouting for new faces, and there will be gift bags, raffles and more! 

And if that’s not enough, if you come and register for the search you will be considered to be in a fashion show we are having August 23rd right there in the mall.

 YOUR CHILD MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6 MONTHS AND 12 YEARS TO ENTER THE SEARCH.  REGISTRATION IS ONLY ONE OF THE TWO DAYS – SEE YOU THERE!!!

*Please note that there is a processesing fee of $25 for the search, and we accept cash, check, money order, Master Card, Visa or American Express.

I’ve noticed that a lot – almost half – of the pictures entered into the CuteKid contest are ones where the child is looking away or has a hat or sunglasses on.

The NON-NEGOTIABLE rules for sending pictures into agencies is this (and the same type of pictures should be entered into the contest):

• Make sure pictures are in-focus and close-up to the face on the head shots – this is the most important rule!!
• No distracting patterns on clothing
• No hats, sunglasses or anything else that covers the face or head

When an agent or manager is going through hundreds of pictures of children, the ones that will stand out are the ones that are following these rules above.

Has anyone gotten any response from sending their kid’s pictures into modeling or talent agencies?  Would love to hear some feedback!
