Jade is looking to have a test shoot with a theme “stay at home dad” – the kids will be doing activities and daily house chores with dad. How exciting and happy would that be, and this is a great resume booster as well!

VIP Kids Club member Kenny scores TWO JOBS!

6 year old cutie, Kenny, brought us such exciting news! He has booked and worked two jobs this past month! Kenny filmed a web commercial for the Toy Museum in Brooklyn. He played the role of a student on a school field trip and he had a ball!

Not just one, but he also booked another gig - Children’s Music video for “OK Toilet Bowl” by Steve-n-steveN (Steve Burns and Steven Drozd) and had a blast at the shoot. Kenny’s mom, Tanaisha, got him this booking by doing her own research and submitting some of the works he had done in the past, resulting in getting him the amazing experience and opportunity.

Tanaisha says:

“The Toy Museum representative said she loved him, and she will use him again. The Cute Kid has open the door for both of my kids! And I have learned so much from your site.”

Wow, Kenny is on FIRE and it is only the beginning. We can’t wait to hear more about his success!

Every month, the Casting Team picks one VIP profile to analyze and evaluate to make it into a better profile. You can follow the directions and suggestions we have on the featured profile to make sure you have all points covered.

This month, we have Abigail! (Click to enlarge)

1. Her Featured Photo: This is a good head shot of her energetically smiling. Although the picture is professionally taken and there is some editing, it shows the full feature of her face and hair. It would have been better if there was no bow on her hair, but it is not too distracting and that makes this an appropriate featured photo.

Another point to remember is the shape of profile photos.  The system compresses the photo according to the system’s maximum width, and the rest shrinks in the same proportion (I have marked them in red line). If your head shot that you would like to use for the featured photo has the width that is greater than the length, and you would like to show your child’s face as clearly as possible in the featured photo, I strongly recommend that you crop the picture so that the width is shorter than length.

2. Her Stats: All up to date – it is important to make sure that if anything changes, it gets updated especially when your child gets a haircut, size changes, etc.

3. Her Photos: She has great selection of photos – some professional and non professional mix. I see some photos of her hair down and up, variety of outfit, etc. She has more head shots than full length and that is great. One point advice for the full length shot she has in the profile that is marked in blue line is that she should always be looking at the camera.

4. About Abigail: The member wrote about Abigail’s personality, how she reacts with other children and adults, and put a spotlight on her skills. This is very informative along with her experience for the agents to decide if they would like to meet with your child. You can list specific ethnicity if you had no option that describes correctly as well.
