Congrats to Emily from Texas! Emily was named the new model for the Outreach Center! She will be flown to NY for a photo shoot with pro children’s photographer, Jade Albert! She will also receive $1,000 prize and her photos will be used to promote the Outreach Center all over the nation on billboards and other advertisements!

Some great news here at TheCuteKid! Two of our CuteKids, Patrick and James, are set for recurring roles on Guiding Light! Patrick and James were scouted from The CuteKid shortly after signing up by one of our agents! They will be playing Baby Henry, the adopted son of Marina and Mallet and biological son of Shayne. They will appear on the show until it’s final run in August.

Congrats to Patrick and James! Fresh photos always get the judges attention, upload photos now.

As many of you know, I have been posting a CuteKid question of the day. We’ve gotten some great feed back from you all on Facebook and Twitter! Here are a few highlights from this week to start your weekend off!

What’s the cutest thing your kid has said this week?

A Facebook Friend: “Mommy, I want a slide, a tunnel, a sandbox and a swing for me, Peyton, you daddy and the dog.”
-This kid is smart!

Another Facebook Friend: My daughter told me she couldn’t wait until she got older so we could be the same age. Then we can do EVERYTHING together!
-Haha that’s a girl that sure loves her mom!

What’s your favorite thing about being a parent?

Facebook Friend: My son always starts his sentences with “umm mommy, your so pretty can i please…” he knows how to suck up already!
-Quick learner!

Another Facebook Friend: Everything but the best is when you get to see them do things for the first time and their facial expressions. I love it when they learn to say mommy and i love you.
-Somehow, I think she hit the nail on the head for most parents!

You may remember me writing a while ago about CuteKid Kiannah winning a March of Dimes contest and is to be featured on a show about pageants.

Well we just confirmed, the episode, “Darling Diva” of Toddlers and Tiaras featuring Kiannah will air on TLC April 14th at 10pm.

Be sure to watch it, it’ll be a great episode! Just shows again, CuteKids end up doing some really cool things!

Another update on a CuteKid! Macy’s chose Kyler from California to be in some of their ads! Since becomming a CuteKid, Kyler has also been seen in ads for Old Navy and Hanna Andersson. Way to go Kyler!

Did you know that Casting Agents love twins? It gives them double the opportunity to shoot which can be especially helpful for TV or movie spots (think Full House’s Olsen Twins playing the single part of Michelle). This is typically a plus with younger children who are too young to be directed.

But don’t let that discourage you if you don’t have a pair of cuties! Tons of kids make it big if they’re meant for it, infact (not shockingly though) most don’t have a twin.

So we just got word that a pair of CuteKid twins are pageant winners! Charles and Catherine were named Tiny Prince and Tiny Princess of Long Island, respectively. They’re now competing in the International Finals in April! Congrats Charles and Catherine!

They have also been selected to be in a European documentary about baby pageants! This will air on the CBS affiliate RTL in Europe.

In addition, their mom, Candice is going to be blogging about the pageant life here on TheCuteKid blogs. So be sure to check back for her blog for some insight into the pageant world!

To add to our ever growing list of cuties, we just got word that two of our kids are featured in ads for some great brands!

Marisa from Minnesota was recently featured in the Target toy catalog. What a dream job for a kid! And with such a big name like Target to add to her modeling resume, we’re sure we will be seeing her do great things. Congrats Marisa!

Emily from California is another CuteKid who is currently on the Gerber website! She is currently in a video on the Gerber website. She has done work for some other places outside of Gerber as well including Kohl’s and Pediped Footwear. Congratulations to Emily too! We look forward to seeing her in an upcomming issue of “Baby Couture” as well.

Exciting news, we just confirmed that all of the Baby Gap and Gap Kid casting call winners are members of The CuteKid! Congratulations to our Baby Gap casting call winners, Jaci Rae and Caleb as well as our previously mentioned Gap Kid casting call winners, Kellen and Jovana!

Just goes to show that anything can happen when you’re a CuteKid! It’s an exciting time for us here at The CuteKid, so many of our members are making it big and landing great talent gigs!

Just recently we had Chase from New York land a Fisher-Price ad and Cruz from New Jersey became the face of a new Crayola toy comming out this month!

Winner Wednesday strikes again! We just got word that the Gap Kid Girl winner from the Gap casting call is also a CuteKid! Jovana, age 10 is the Gap Kid Girl winner and she is from Illinois.

This Gap winner loves playing softball and basketball and would love to one day be a teacher or veterinarian. Somehow, we think modeling is in her future though!

We can’t wait to see more from this Gap Kid Girl and CuteKid. As we’ve seen with some of our other CuteKids, sky’s the limit!
