$25 donation entry fee to be entered into the March of Dimes NY Contest for a chance to win $1,000 prize & other great prizes such as a Cannon Digital Camera, $500 Carter’s Footwear Gift Certificate, Photo Canvas and more!

$50 donation entry fee gets your child entered into the March of Dimes NY Contest AND The CuteKid online photo contest judged by professional talent and casting agents

$100 donation entry fee includes your child being entered into the March of Dimes NY Contest, The CuteKid online photo contest AND a Canvas Portrait of your entered photo.

Children outside of NY are not able to enter, but that doesn’t mean you can’t donate! Pick your favorite child and vote for them! Each vote is $1, so Auntie Susan in California can still vote even though her son, Cousin Jimmy, is not eligible to enter!

Proceeds from this event go towards the March of Dimes to give every baby a healthy start! This year, our gallery is in honor of two cuties who were helped by the March of Dimes.

The loss of Maddie this year took the Twitter world by storm. She was helped by March of Dimes when she was born to help her lungs develop. A happy, smart and loving little girl, she is survived by her parents Heather and Mike who avidly support the March of Dimes.

Thomas - Last Year's Runner Up

Thomas Paul, the second of a set of identical twins was born 23 weeks early. Sadly, his brother Michael James lost his life just 3 weeks due to complications from his prematurity. Thomas Paul was helped by the March of Dimes for the first 4 months of his life & has come so far. He is truly a miracle child!

So for those of you that follow what I write here, you may remember I wrote about a free canvas portrait offer. Well, IT’S HERE!

I’d have given it two thumbs up, but I had to hold it up for the picture somehow!

though, your photo will wrap around the side of the canvas, which I like because it adds dimension. But some photos might not look so good when they’re wrapped around (ex. cutting off heads). So you might want to center your picture or choose one with extra room on the edges if the wrap around isn’t your thing.

Overall, I’m excited about my canvas photo, next time I might splurge and get a frame too now that I know they come out so nice. I’ll probably go and register some other email addresses with ParentSociety.com and order another canvas. This could end up being my default gift for those hard to shop for people.

So I was surfing around the other day and came across this deal on ParentSociety.com. Just for signing up to be a member, which is free by the way, I was eligible to receive a free 11×14 canvas portrait of my choice. All I had to pay for was shipping ($17.95)! Let me tell you, these canvas portraits, from what I can tell, look really cool. Check out the free canvas portrait deal.

I did a little research on canvas portraits and found out that this really is a great deal. Canvas portraits (11 x 14) retail for at least $35 a pop, not including shipping.

So my inner shopaholic won out and I purchased one. I’ve heard good things about the Canvas People company, which is the partner of ParentSociety for this promotion. I’ll keep you updated when I get my canvas portrait and how good it is.
