It’s a hoppy day for some CuteKids! The CuteKid today announced the winners of their free Easter Gallery Contest!

And the winner is (drum roll please!)…Elysiana submitted by Catrina!

So here we are at Winner Wednesday again (I didn’t forget this week! woohoo!). It’s the first day of April so that means our judges are busy casting their votes for the cutest kids of March in our baby contest.

We won’t know for a little while which kids have won that contest but I do know who won the MySpace “Go Green” theme baby contest! It’s this little one right here submitted by Niina! Congrats to you both! Maybe we will even see this little one become an April CuteKid winner!

You may remember me writing a while ago about CuteKid Kiannah winning a March of Dimes contest and is to be featured on a show about pageants.

Well we just confirmed, the episode, “Darling Diva” of Toddlers and Tiaras featuring Kiannah will air on TLC April 14th at 10pm.

Be sure to watch it, it’ll be a great episode! Just shows again, CuteKids end up doing some really cool things!

Winner Wednesday strikes again! We just got word that the Gap Kid Girl winner from the Gap casting call is also a CuteKid! Jovana, age 10 is the Gap Kid Girl winner and she is from Illinois.

This Gap winner loves playing softball and basketball and would love to one day be a teacher or veterinarian. Somehow, we think modeling is in her future though!

We can’t wait to see more from this Gap Kid Girl and CuteKid. As we’ve seen with some of our other CuteKids, sky’s the limit!

So like a good Social Mama, I was watching the Grammy’s last night. Little did I know, one of our very own CuteKids (Beth) was at the Grammy’s because she was in a music video for an up and comming artist! Out of 300 pitches, the video she was in was one of 5 winners that aired at the Grammy’s. Way to go Beth!

Before appearing on the Grammy’s, Beth and her twin sister Brooke were our April 2008 Multiples Winners! CuteKids have been going all sorts of great places lately! See our other recent CuteKids who have made waves, Kellen, Kiannah and Jared.

The music video was for the Filmaka Lincoln Mercury competition called Project Rising Stars done especially for the Grammy’s. Beth was featured in the music video for Olivia Broadfield’s song ‘Indescribable.’ In addition to being aired on the Grammy’s, a 30 second condensed version of each video is used for a Lincoln Mercury national SAG TV commercial. How cool!

You can also vote for Beth’s video that appeared on the Grammy’s. The concept of the video is very cute, and I’m not even saying that because one of our kids was in it! It might make you a little nostalgic!

They also have a page up for each of the winning videos that were featured during the Grammy’s.

It’s Winner Wednesday! So following the announcement of The CuteKid of the Year, we had the announcement for the Cutest Twins of the year. What a good time considering the news of the birth of the octuplets born last week. The Cutest Twins award went to 5 lucky little ones from Washington!

Aniston, Belle, Winston, Scarlett and Camilee make up the Stevenson Quintuplets. They originally won the January 2008 multiples contest.

They were the largest group of twins eligible to be dubbed The Cutest Twins of 2008.

The Stevenson Quintuplets will be awarded $5000 college tuition scholarship. We hope to see more great things from the quints in the future!

So I decided because we have so many CuteKids doing great things…I needed to have Winner Wednesday. So from now until the end of time, or until I completely break the Internet someday…Winner Wednesday it will be.

So who’s a winner this week? Some of you may remember we teamed up with the Long Island chapter of March of Dimes and had a Cutest Kid on Long Island Contest. Well, some of the folks here at work are attending a banquet tonight for the winners of that contest.

Typically, Social Mama would be there too but, I’m too cool I forgot to RSVP. So I’ll be “increasing my knowledge of all things social” by watching American Idol and The Real World. File that under ‘creative wording’ folks!

So who was the winner you might ask. I’ll give you one guess…

Her name is Kiannah…but why does her photo say TLC? She also happend to land a spot on their new show “Toddlers and Tiaras” which gives a glimpse into the life of pageant kids airing on Tuesday nights. Read more about her on our spotlights page here.
