August 29, 2009, was a big day for  the Gosselin sextuplets of  TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8. Collin, Hannah, Leah, Joel, Aaden and Alexis boarded the bus for their very first day of school. For three days each week, the 5-year-olds will attend pre-kindergarten.

To see the  three girls and three boys all lined up at the bus stop is truly remarkable. But individually, each child looks like a typical preschooler. The boys were dressed in khaki cargo shorts and golf shirts, and the girls looked darling in light twill shorts and pastel tops.
